1. Nervous system
The nervous system is

your heart and necessary

helps the brain work

some nutrients,

reduce fat, to
help you sleep
and treat some

in the body,
addictive, harmful
to the stomach and
make your teeth
turn yellow.

diseases and
cancers, do we not

The Healthy Eating Pyramid
